Programme overview

Supervisors remain a core component in the leadership chain. They have the greatest impact over the largest number of people, and their support is essential when implementing strategy. CORE develops the practical supervisory behaviours that turn intention into consistent, day-to-day performance.

Delivered in three phases of three days over roughly three months, the programme blends facilitated learning with real workplace application between sessions — supported by manager and peer engagement.
