We collect personal information directly from you when you use this website:
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, administer training programmes and delegate bookings, process programme evaluation feedback, and communicate about programmes you have expressed interest in. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
We process your personal information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. arranging your training), to take steps at your request before entering into one (e.g. preparing a quote), because you have consented (e.g. submitting a form), or because it is necessary for our legitimate business interests in a way that does not override your rights.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, under instruction and with appropriate safeguards — for example, our hosting provider, email delivery, and Google (Forms/Sheets, used to run and store survey responses). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, to maintain our learner and accreditation records, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Under POPIA you have the right to be told what information we hold about you, to access a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our processing of it, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Our enrolment forms are designed according to South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) specifications, to transmit basic learner information — independent of enrolments, qualifications or completion data — to the National Learner Records Database (NLRD). By enrolling, learners acknowledge and consent to DYNA Training (Pty) Ltd, including its subsidiaries and associates, using their personal information as defined in relevant legislation for updating the NLRD. DYNA Training commits to not supplying this information to any other third party.
